ACCS Spring Formal
Event Details
Come experience a prom-like evening at the ACCS Spring Formal.
*This is open to students in 9th-12th grade.
*Cost is $30 per person.
*Formal dress required.
*Location: Common Ground Coffee House, Alexandria
*Parent-signed permission slip also required (included at the bottom of this form).
The evening will include:
*food
*dancing
*games
It is suggested that students should bring a change of clothes for activities that take place after the dance.
2026 Spring Formal - Tickets
A separate ticket is required for each attendee.
Please, complete a separate form for each person.
Parent information and signature required for all attendees.
