ROYALS CROSS COUNTRY

  • Open to boys and girls grades 6th - 12th grade
  • Competitive Arena: MN State High School League (MSHSL) | Region 6A | Park Region Conference
  • Cross Country Handbook
  • Practice 3 days a week for 6th grade | junior high
  • Practice 5 days a week for JV and Varsity (7th-12th grade eligible to compete at this level)
  • Season begins for 7th -12th grade Monday, August 10 | 6th grade begins Monday, August 24
